Naan, like many Indian foods is a worldwide favourite. Traditionally it's cooked in a tandoor oven but many of us don't own one, so here I show you my naan recipe, and two cooking techniques that will give you great results. Give it a go!

  • When you were putting that stuff on the naan, I was like "don't fold it, DON'T FOLD IT." then you did and I was all "AW HELL NO"

  • @Kxander13 oh no! Sorry :(

  • My Indian friend told me that is was grammatically incorrect to call this naan bread because the word naan means bread so saying naan bread is actually saying bread bread...

  • @AdorkableHippo he sure learned us! lol thanks for that information, I'll be able to use that one someone else!

  • Can I use fat fee yogurt ?

  • @AussieGriller

It is like saying 'roll bread'! (as in cheese 'roll')

    Thanks for your recipe!

  • Made this tonight and it was great, thank you for sharing it with the youtube world. Would you be able to substitue the yoghurt with something else? I'm dairy-free!

  • @AussieGriller for your info, naan is not indian....its of persian origin and the word itself is persian...

  • Great video, those naan look delicious! Can't wait to try them at home :) But I only have fresh yeast, do you happen to know how much I would need? :S

Thanks, and congratulations on your videos!

  • WHAT IS A GRAM?
