A speed painting, or rather a time lapse video, in Autodesk Sketchbook.
Interestingly Sketchbook Express allows layers, but unlike in Sketchbook Pro the layers will be merged when you open the picture again. I did this in two parts, the first part with Express and the second part with the trial version of Pro.
