    Alive and kicking,?????

    Macedonians like Spartans, Corinthians,

    Messenians, Boeotians Locrians etc etc

being all Greek tribes and Greek speaking had assimilated

and vanished thousands of years ago. You'll not find an

ancient Macedonian anymore than you'll find an ancient

Roman, Corinthian, Athenian, Spartan. They just all mixed

and vanished into the Greek melting pot over the centuries.

  • LONG LIVE MACEDONIA

  • @HaggisMacfee No you are wrong. Macedonians are alive and kicking.

  • @nitroflesh

    No, found in modern Greeks.........

The ancient Macedonians being a Greek speaking

people had assimilated and mixed with the rest

of the Greeks vanishing into the Greek

    melting pot 1500 years ago.

  • @nitroflesh But Roman Scholtz explained clearly on iGenea's message board, that their is NO DNA DATA on the ancient Macedonians because none has ever been recovered from ancient Macedonian Grave remains. To date scientists DO NOT have a DNA profile of the ancient Macedonians, but can only speculate. In other words they just don't know. on what it might be.
  • @HaggisMacfee nono. in modern greeks in the northern most part of the country. Ang guess who lives there?? Macedonians

  • @nitroflesh

    What d'you mean copy paste,

you can see prof Kagan's Yale University's

    lectures for yourself on YT.

The rest of the books are available at your

local Waterstones bookstore or your local library.

That's were I get my data from. I recommend the 'Ancient Greeks for Dummies'

by Dr Stephen Batchelor as a starter to

    ancient Macedonia.

  • @HaggisMacfee Not only IGenea also a institutes from Spain, Danmark and Lebanon. IGenea has take their findings down from their website due to strong protests from the Greek government. But the findings are still to be seen in their forums. It's like you have an answer to everything. Even if the proof comes from an institutes that are doing such tests for years and they know their job very well.

  • Scientists at the moment have no genetic data

on the ancient Macedonians, and can only speculate

as to what the ancient macedonian DNA profile may be. Although Pakistan scientists have found

markers in populations in India were Macedonian

troops settled that point to a genetic sequence only

    found in modern Greeks.

  • @HaggisMacfee Stop doing this copy-paste shit. You're acting more like a moron than a smart person.
