I'll never get to understand this movie or Moulin Rouge sorry maybe I don't have enough sensitivity or maybe I think of musicals as a show you better see live.

Saw the stage show just recently and then watched the film - the film is a poor imitation of the stage show. Why on earth did they use CZJ and RZ, there are far better singers and dancers out there than them. Producers ensuring good box office receipts no doubt!
