BS: Popeye the sailor #1: Bin Laden

heh, who would've thought that there is a Bin Laden character for Mugen! I did some editing with Bin laden so I can have a good smackdown revenge on what he did to america!

Bin Laden- this guy was hard when I first got him but I opened up his CNS and fixed up his HP, attack and defence power to make things more "fair".
Bin Laden often uses his bombing bicycle kick and throws little projectles at you as his super move.
