@jwgeezer i dont see wheather being a cathloic or a prod makes any differnce, its about where you live. weather you feel irish or you dont. its nothing got to do with some bible story, theres fuck all differnce between cathloic and prod. you either feel irish or you dont.. also whats your view on lybia, didnt they just fight for their rights and kill people, what do you think of them should they be called terrriosts too?

The IRA are only shitty scum. They're finished now anyway. Ireland will be only be reunified if the Catholic population overtakes the Protestant population in the North. If it happens, good luck with the civil war. No doubt, there'll be lots of squealing for British help once again when it gets nasty.

I have parts of that footage in a VHS video sold in a Republican venue, and the last image (of the destroyed hellicoper) does not appear. So it must have been added later on.

Cowards, the brit soldiers with their big guns, hellicopters, tanks and so on, and with their shoot-to-kill policy, even against civillians or unarmed IRA guerrillas (remember Gibraltar 3). IRA did fight head on, mostly in the 70's, and by the way its hit-and-run tactic was just a classical guerrilla tactic.

@minastirith100 The guys in the video aren't exactly "stalking a helicopter" in all the clips. But many helicopters in war are taken down by ground troops. Aswell as having anti-air missiles, the IRA also had AA guns fitted to the backs of trucks, these were u sed fromt he ground and proved succesful. Clowns? I think not.

@revol148 When you're outnumbered by an army with advanced weapons you need to use guerrilla tactics, you'd be stupid not to. As for adopting tactics the Black and Tans would approve of, the Brits did that on a day known as Bloody Sunday, you might want to read up on it.
