Uh, it's called the WAVE BURNER. 2 meanings: It shoots a wave of fire, but it could also burn waves, as in waves of water. Also, underwater, notice it's a wave of steam. Steam underwater will pretty much kill and cook fish instantly, so it makes perfect sense.
