An insect, Ammophila sp. (Hymenoptera, Sphecidae), is very busy in doing something while flying near the ground among some plants of Sedum sp. They look for larvae of butterflies and moths to feed their own larvae, then they dig holes and conceal their preys in it.

(Thanks to my friends at the Forum www.naturamediterraneo.com for their help in identifying the insect and understanding its behaviour)
