when you say loose boosters you dont mean a booster box right?
-
@redcardwizard so if we buy your book will it help us to make our own maps and be able to do it ourselves or do we have to buy lots of boxes in order to make a map?
-
Honestly im waiting for someone to map isd/dark acension after release. Im fairly certain that you could honestly learn how to map from watching these but ill be buying the book to support him.

Even with parring, the point is it doesn't seem to be a type B, that or I'd like some help
-
This does NOT look to be a Type B box. Either that or I'm having difficulty with my Type B box as it doesn't follow the 1:1:2:2:3:2 so this guide was effectively a waste of $25 unless such an issue can be fixed

Mr. Ross Edwards:
Your process is truly fantastic! I love the fact you use cold, hard logic to figure out everything. It isn't a matter of luck, you need to be able to think logically, and so many people have not an ounce of logic. This truly epitomizes how important logic/mathematics are.
Thank you, keep making the books, I'll keep buying.
Do you happen to have a third edition coming out with M2012?

@UrzasEye - The M12 map will be free, once it's solved. Sorry it isn't done already: it has been a busy few weeks! :) Anyone who has the book will be able to use the process it teaches with the new, free M12 map.

so...when we know this pattern, we won't buy any single booster pack anymore ? every time we shall go for a Box right ?

@joker40k - Right. You're probably okay to buy boosters at your local game shops -- none of them tend to do this sort of thing because they don't want to become known as the place with the bad packs. But you should certainly not buy loose packs online.

So what exactly do you do with the rest of the box, just sell off the packs? I imagine it's impossible for you to sell to people you know since they probably know something about this themselves.

@durangoislaw -- In my case, booster drafting. I'm going to draft anyway... this cuts down the cost of play, week in and week out, considerably. I don't doubt that there are dealers, especially online, who try to sell the leftovers without identifying them as such. Ultimately, the buying public will savvy to this (and already is starting to do so) and won't buy loose boosters of unknown provenance.
