900 calories or less a day.
Excersising 5 times a week instead of 3.
No Fast food,as much as i crave it,i don't need it.
No pop,water or juice.

  • you hit a plateau calm down you look really depressed:( you remind me of how i feel sometimes, if you stress about it too much youll drive yourself crazy.
