Elephant Toothpaste Redox Reaction in Year 11 Chemistry

Ms Zhang mixed Hydrogen Peroxide and detergent in a measuring cylinder and added Potassium Iodide solution.

Then a match was put into the foam to show oxygen.

i tried this after school in the chem room, but it didnt turn out so, exciting, it sort just bubbled over, what was the molarity of the potssium iodide solution

ok yeah i got it now, the molarity is about 2-3, yet it doesnt really matter, because when i tried it, i forgot the detergent, so no bubbly...
