Yes, the CP Pro is a good way to get into helicopters, even if it can be a bit scary at first! For that kind of price, having a heli that flies at all is good enough really and I know that when I step up to something larger it will be more stable and enjoyable to fly.
I will have to check out more of your vidoes to see what progress you have made, and I will try and get a video of my current flying as something to compare to once I am a little more advanced :)

It's a great feeling isn't it! I've been hovering and practicing on the sim for a few months like you, and finally tried forward flight with my CP Pro yesterday. Not as scary as I expected once I got going!

Hi michaeldenham11, Thank you for the post! Yeap, It wasn't too bad after flying the sim for a bit for sure.
That has been almost a year and as crazy it may sound, I do thank eflight for the pro because it did teach me about the basics of helis.
Now, I am flying trex 450 and 600n and loving it. When you get a chance, post some video of you. It is cool to look back on mine and to see how far I have come.
