On Thursday 16th June 2011 at 00:56 i managed to work my first VK station while running QRP (5 Watts). I worked Ian VK3MO near Melbourne, Australia. I was very suprised to find out that Ian was beaming his impressive antenna system via Long Path - makeing it a QSO distance of 23103.7 Kilometres from my QTH in central Scotland.
