Nice demonstration but need to be broken down more to be practical because in the real a guy not going to just stand there and let you do 10 techniques while you hold his hand good stuff just need to be broken down.

thats true jaffar, but sadly we cant never practice the reality, its why in order to emphasize the movements the dummy has to keep the hands where the target was. In the beginning the students are told that the first move is the very important move and rest are the series possible movements which you can possibly apply if you are able to get away the first hit..

. If someone hits you, then you block or you sway or you run away then you are safe a lil bit.. so the target are showed first and has to keep his hands where it was. You are right, in reality is very different, but its often what i told to my student that we cant never practice the reality..
