why does 1991 video seem like 1970's?

18 years are enough for VHS sometimes. Some other videos on my channel (1985 e.g.) are badly recoded by YouTube, this is not, so no hope to get it better unless finding another video recording of this same race.

una nota da ricordare, oltre a vedere questi grandissimi campioni, e' che alla sua prima apparizione ai mondiali senior possiamo osservare un certo Iztop Cop, che ancora adesso, dopo quasi vent'anni, tra 2- 1x 2x, lo vediamo sui campi di gara comportarsi sempre ad alti livelli
