  • of course you can, losing weight is just about burning calories, what you're doing to burn them doesn't matter at all. jumping jacks for one hour or running one hour, whatever floats your boat is fine.

  • @csgecko you can do jumping jacks for cardio yeah its almost the same as if you go out running also great for your legs. I do about 30 minutes of jumping jacks each day and they are better than running if you do them intensely.

    I squat (not too low) and jump pretty high.

    My legs in the past few months look ridiciously ripped lol. I watch tv while I do them too lol.

  • @lordxgdoyo what are you smoking? if someone does 1 hour of jumping jacks each day for about a month I can guarentee they'll lose weight. Burning calories doesn't only happen by running. I mean even blinking or typing or standing burns calories.

  • Just pretend you're Michael Phelps and swim for hours endlessly! Or bike/kayak/etc....

  • Not a shame. Most people do about--NONE. You're doing something. Be proud of that, and add more as you get better. I seen hardcases strutting around the penitentary that are hard core weightlifters, but cant do 50 jumping jacks.

  • You can lose weight if you eat less and do jumping jacks every day for like 3-4 months. If you want easier weight loss, go work out. This channel has very good exercise examples.
