Am I the only one who does not like Fire Emblem's newer games? I dunno why but I just can't stay interested in any Fire Emblem game with 3D graphics. Something about those sprites just made me love those games.

The dueling synth lines is what makes this the greatest version of this song. I'd love to hear a version of this updated WITH the dueling segments. I've yet to find it, though.

@PoptartRebellion Cuz 2D sprite animations were epic, and 3D ones look generic.

That said My favorite FE games are 9 and 10 though XD (GCN & Wii)

@Sherbrony ...This IS Fire Emblem 7. It's also called "Fire Emblem" overseas, and Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken in Japan. Fail on your part, my friend. Fire Emblem 1 was called "Fire Emblem: "Ankoku Ryu to Hikari no Ken" and was released in Japan back in the Famicom days.

@soandsotwo Um, no. This is the version from the GBA game, FE1. Fire Emblem 7 featured this game in the soundtest as a throwback to this era. This version if from FE1 for the gba. Trust me.

@PoptartRebellion Same. When I was like seven when I first played these games, and I copied the swordmaster's/hero's/sage's battle animations with my toy swords and blankets xD

@megamigonzo I think this is a remix in FE7 I'm not sure if it was in other FE games, but the music that plays when you meet someone is def no this in SS.
