where did you get it ?

It looks a fixed magnification telephoto lens. A zoom lens can change magnification e.g. from 4X to 15X by twisting the zoom ring. The focus ring only adjusts the focus, it does not zoom. Either you cannot tell the difference between a zoom lens vs. a telephoto lens or your review didn't show the zooming feature.

I would say for the money it is well worth it! Only $11 and you can adjust the zoom! Not to bad!
The model I had. was cool. I would say it is perfect for travel, and sports events. Only if you need a zoom, is it worth the effort.
