  • @girtrute thanks girtrute :)

  • @ThOutRider2 I hear it has side affects on people that dont keep up with it at old age. But alot of martial artist seem very young at even the age of 80-95 that do this training.

  • @alezandersantiago me too!!!

  • I want video complete,please!!!

  • @MikeTysonEatsKids yes its true for all bones in the body

  • @ThOutRider2 Probably not. Because since the bones are denser than a normal human being's bones, your body is probably more durable. Even with age. Then again, I don't know much about this.

  • @BZLIAN99 or just start with hitting the body part on something kinda hard... like a solid table

what ive been doing. i beat my hand against a tin computer case side for like 20 minutes straight. and i have been hitting it on the corners of tables in school (hard solid tables, not lame desks)

    it actually works

i barely feel these impacts on my hand

  • the outer layer of bone is replaced ever 3-4 months under normal conditions, so for this technique to work one would have to make sure to train on a weekly basis and not give the bones to long of a break or else they will be reduced to normal density again.

  • does this have any side effects? like when u get older
