President Barack Obama returns to his hometown of Chicago, pointing to communities with too few fathers involved in children's lives and too few examples of success. He says he wishes he had a father around growing up. (Feb. 15)

100% of children in any race have a father actually. Whether they are in the picture is different.

You're an idiot. No matter what you think of Obama, his father was not around when he was growing up. Some of you righties are so full of hate, you go ballistic even when Obama says something non political such as wishing his dad was around.

What is wrong with you? Please seek help.

    1) "Tax loopholes for the wealthy"--The wealthy pay the overwhelming majority of taxes in this country. In Fact, half the population now pays 0 in Income Taxes.

    2) "multiple wars"--The liberals who are complaining about those wars were FOR THEM when they started. And the Liar-in-Chief said he would bring our troops home, but STILL hasn't.

    3) "To Big to fail" was ENDORSED BY liberals as much as conservatives.

Libertarians are the only political group who are consistant on any of these issues

The War on Drugs... you know, Liberalism. Do you even see the irony in what you're saying? I'm not saying liberals and welfare don't deserve their share of blame in this, but institutionalized corruption of mostly Neoconservatives in the GOP caused this mess. Tax loopholes for the wealthy, multiple wars, broad deregulation of banks allowing them to exploit "Too Big To Fail"... at least liberals spent the money helping actual people, who put it back into the economy instead of hiding it overseas.

I would say the government has CAUSED the break-up of the family, both in Black and White communities. And that's happened through both Welfare and the so-called War on Drugs.

"OVER 70% of black children in America are born out of wedlock. If you want to understand what's wrong in the black community,"

I wouldn't lay it at the feet of liberalism. I think society in general has gotten more hedonistic. The white rate of out of wedlock births are not that far off. Especially in the South and Midwest.

And we can't ignore the fact that most black males who are in prison are there for non violent crimes. The government has played a huge role in breaking up families.
