I agree with the metronome comment. It's well-played, but it sounded to me like there needed to be more of a set style. It flowed too much in the parts where it's supposed to be sassy and bold with a distinct swing. On the up beats, really make it POP!
It looks really difficult to play. How long did it take you to put your own flair into it?
