did you ad the LED light to what was already on the tank or did you switch the old lights off at the same time? looks much brighter and i like seeing the colour.

I added it to my existing T5 lighting. Two days ago I removed it. The fan stopped working, the LED overheated, half of the points shut down and the front lens cracked... total failure. I'm going to install next a plasma device from Stray Light Optical (already on hand, will do the installation this weekend.

LED device comes with integrated fan and is cooled from the back. Note the radiator fins.
