Show of Hands played the main stage of the Shrewsbury Folk Festival on Sunday 29th August 2009 (they played immediately after the Spooky Men).

Earlier in the day Show of Hands and Spooky Men spent a little time in a smaller marquee on the festival site rehearsing this cover of The Human League's 'Don't You Want Me'. A few people had seen the rehearsal, but were sworn to secrecy.

The secret was kept, and a packed out main marquee of 2500+ people saw a real one off performance!

Saw the Spooky Men at Cambridge Folk Festival this afternoon. I had no idea they had done this with Show of Hands years ago. Oooh, to be able to see SoH again. Great stuff.
