Sorry I have not been able to make music video for a while. I had a very busy month last month. I am doing fine, and thank you for all your email messages, and supports.

This is a cover of a Burmese song, called "Sate". I recorded it maybe three months ago, and it has been sitting on my computer. "Sate" means Mind in English.. I will add full translation of the song as soon as I can. The clips you see in the video are the clips I took in the summer.

Let me know what you think,.. and I wish you all the best! :)

Yours,
Gersing (Aung)

Edit (Sept 20, 2009)
Thanks to Larry - the song is a cover of an English song, Look for a star, sung by Garry Miles, in 1960. It was at #16 on Billboard top 100 in 1960. That song was also featured in "Circus of Horrors" movie. The song itself had controversial success over who originally recorded the song.

  • More info for you #02:

The Original Garry Mills record was produced in England by Tony Hatch. It had already come out in England on Top Rank prior to Imperial issuing it in the US in 1960.

The Mills original (from the 1960 movie 'Circus Of Horrors') was issued on Imperial with the same song on both sides to ensure that deejays did not flip the record and plug another song.

  • More info for you:

Garry Miles is not the original singer!!! Garry Miles - a pseudonym, actually true name is Buzz Cason, who is an Amercian singer in Liberty Record who covered this song before the original singer Garry Mills (from British)'s version (with Imerial record) got into US's market. Garry Miles even made his name look like Garry Mills by using two r's in Garry.
