Same thing happens when I try to make dumplings on a humid day. They don't fluff and they are a tad hard. The monkey bread looked good and yummy. Hugs Juls!

H what a tasty lookilng bread! Sometimes my bread only rises a bit too, sometimes it is risen double but doesn't look it, but it is risen, I now use a bread machine, I used to always make bread by hand because it was cheaper than store bought bread, oh the monkey bread looked delish, what a good way to use bread gthat has not risen properly! I am going to try that! Another cooking show hehhe have a Happy Fourth of July!
