Just the beginning of things I know from history that show the "people" have the right to bear arms, not solely the militia. The constitution is something we should all read once a year. Government always confuses the militia and people in the right to bear arms.

~FAIR USE~ Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

  • People seem to always skip the part about the militia... that's the important part of the argument.

A militia is "a military force composed of ORDINARY CITIZENS to provide defense, emergency law enforcement, or paramilitary service, in times of emergency without being paid a regular salary or committed to a fixed term of service"

Ordinary citizens must be armed before an armed militia can exist and this is why the 2nd amendment says "keep and bear arms" and not "restrict and register arms."

  • @buckstarchaser Excellent point, I never really looked at it that way, but it makes sense...

  • The easiest way to look at the constitution is this: It's a list of rights that the individual has. Think about it, why would the military need a constitutional right to carry weapons? The military having weapons is a given. The constitution gives the individual citizen the right to keep and carry weapons just as it goves the individual the right to say whatever they want and so on and so on. Great video.

  • @TheArmoryGuild Thanks

  • @DemonHide Ha, I wish..

  • @CaptainBerz You are correct they are quite intelligent and have a well defined agenda even if we are not privy to said agenda. The fact of the matter is that it is really almost too late for us to return our great nation back to its former glory. Apathy and ignorance runs rampant through our countrymen as we steadily march to socialisim then to totalitarian as I feel is the natural progression of this cycle. Whatever we become I will die for or with the constitution.
