The easiest way to look at the constitution is this: It's a list of rights that the individual has. Think about it, why would the military need a constitutional right to carry weapons? The military having weapons is a given. The constitution gives the individual citizen the right to keep and carry weapons just as it goves the individual the right to say whatever they want and so on and so on. Great video.

@CaptainBerz You are correct they are quite intelligent and have a well defined agenda even if we are not privy to said agenda. The fact of the matter is that it is really almost too late for us to return our great nation back to its former glory. Apathy and ignorance runs rampant through our countrymen as we steadily march to socialisim then to totalitarian as I feel is the natural progression of this cycle. Whatever we become I will die for or with the constitution.
People seem to always skip the part about the militia... that's the important part of the argument.
A militia is "a military force composed of ORDINARY CITIZENS to provide defense, emergency law enforcement, or paramilitary service, in times of emergency without being paid a regular salary or committed to a fixed term of service"
Ordinary citizens must be armed before an armed militia can exist and this is why the 2nd amendment says "keep and bear arms" and not "restrict and register arms."
