ALL TOGETHER

Over the rainbow,
out over the lawn,
stretch out on this sleepless bed
and wait for your kingdom come.

Over the night-glow,
out under the stars,
a whole life to get perfect bliss,
just hanging on.

See, we've been nothing for far too long,
and I've been wondering what went wrong,
and, baby, if you can put me all together.

Out over the night-glow,
out over our loss,
a quiet to eat the world and
rest in strangers' arms.

See, we've been nothing for far too long
i've been wondering what went wrong
and, baby, if you can put me all together.

  • I've never heard this before, thank you very much for posting it...just blown away

  • I hear its rare, but I've had it for years... I'm just glad someone's enjoying it. I find it eerily beautiful yet heartbreaking.

  • man, this is fucking amazing...

  • Of course it is.

  • Its a travesty that only Beautiful Midnight was released in the States. Im so thankful that I live in Canada, just to enjoy his music.

  • I've been looking for this for ages. I heard it once, and never forgot about it.

They really should have released it with the other Audio of Being b-side 'Pony Boy' on In a Coma. Matt probably doesn't like it...

Oh, and if you want it, download the program YouTube Downloader. Best one out there.

  • This song strikes deep

  • @365daysgone You don't like I, The Throw Away?

  • @bethseda I'm the same way; years ago my brother showed me Hello Time Bomb when it first came out, and I've been a fan ever since, way more than he is now. This song is definitely in my top 5.

  • @emilyrl Oh yeah, so did I. I was just adding that for completions sake. I seem to remember them saying "It's kind of pointless releasing it in the same quality we already have", which made me laugh a bit since it implies that everyone who wanted the song had already stolen it.

...of course I then realized I'd already stolen it myself and just felt a great, black cloud of shame.

  • @makesyouaweapon Honestly, I downloaded this song a long time back. I think it was about 2002-2003 that I found it. It wasn't rare that I'd get songs that weren't by MG at all, so of course getting this song was exciting lol.

  • I had an internet friend from Canada (I lived in MN, USA) email me 'Apparitions' when I was 15. 13 years later, I'm still in love with Matthew Good's music, and this has to be my all-time favorite. I thank you for uploading it, or i never would have heard it a year ago. :)

  • @emilyrl Regarding finding it on an album, wasn't it available if you bought In A Coma a certain way? I seem to remember it was an online bundle, possibly through ITunes.

I prefer my records to occasionally skip, so I didn't buy it, but I seem to remember there being excitement that it might be a lossless/mastered version as opposed to the one that was already available.

    I might be wrong, though.

  • @brentw0 was high lmao

    but his music is deep

    not think?

  • @allanTUPAC Weirdest post ever....
