Go to college , technical school , or what ever, the military offers no civilian comparable jobs , they will delay your education , after High school go straight to a university , don't wait thinking after 4 years that after serving your be healthy or sane enough to go to college. The military will chew you up and spit you out like used gum

The national guard sucks, trust me I did 17 years and their a bunch of back stabing scum bags, stay in school go to college , live your life to it's fullest , joining corporate Americas killing machine is a stupid idea

@rodrigo6204, I am a Junior in High school to, I am 17 and o just enlisted into the Guard and I will be going to basic this summer and finishing my senior then go to my AIT for 11 bravo

@rodrigo6204 just wait till u finish high school but try to enlist now and get a ship date to basic right after high school so u can go to bootcamp right away thats what i did
