A suspenseful and gripping psychological thriller, Lynne Ramsay's We Need to Talk About Kevin explores the factious relationship between a mother and her son. Tilda Swinton, in a bracing, tour-de-force performance, plays the mother, Eva, as she contends for 15 years with the increasing malevolence of her first-born child, Kevin (Ezra Miller). Based on the best-selling novel of the same name, We Need to Talk About Kevin explores nature vs. nurture on a whole new level as Eva's own culpability is measured against Kevin's innate evilness. -- (C) Oscilloscope

  • Alonso is so picky. He's usually my movie barometer. If he hates it, I'll usually like it.

  • Let's Talk About Alonso. I know you are happily married but I'm in love.

  • if you guys read all the freudian theories or understand them, you will understand the movie veryy well!!

  • God, what a stupid comment. The film is not supposed to educate you, it just tells a story, the story of Kevin and what kind of kid he is and how this transpires in his relationship with his family. Anyway, I hate critics. They're just frustrated failed actors. Some people do have an objective opinion, but most of them are just bitter.

  • Did that guy second from the left even watch the movie!

  • @introsis Opinions vary.

  • Alonso is the worst.

  • @yoyoal123 as opposed to you who knows everything right.

  • This film was not good.

  • It's good to hear the views of the general public and not just film critics. Although it would be nice to have some film critics next time.

  • Whats wrong with that pink guy with the glasses... He should watch more disney and less movies.
