This started Thursday and was resolved Friday afternoon. Not sure what I did to my elbow. It just started hurting and making a clicking sound, while flexed, during pronation and supination. This noise would also occur during ADL's and was accompanied by pain. The arm couldn't be brought to full extension or full flexion and pain was located in the lateral and posterior side of the elbow. Later that afternoon I was pulling a heavy box and heard, and felt, a loud pop. The clicking has stopped and the pain is almost gone. The arm can be fully flexed and extended once again. I didn't go to the hospital because I'm lacking insurance.

  • Get a house DJ in there to record some more of that and you could make a techno dance song called "elbow twist."

Yeah, check your blog for my actual medical advice.
