Im always hiting myself with clubs, and the hoop. I once hit myself in the nose with a club |: It really hurt.

I have fear of the rope, today I hurt close to my eye thanks to that damn rope!

yes, usually they are.,.. if they are then they are the very heavy type of plastic. if they are rubber they still hurt a little but not as much, but rubber get dirt WAY faster, and they're kinda sticky..i dont care if it hurts i just like the plastic ones better...lol i am old fashioned.

it REALLY hurts.. i know from personal experience with clubs.. that's why now i am very careful with clubs now... but it still bounces off my head once in a while.
