You just don't know how to use it. :)
I use and sell this clicker all the time and I agree with both facts: that it has an ergonomic design (intended to provide optimum comfort) AND easy to hold (as opposed to clumsy to hold and easily dropped).
A dog trainer that uses the clicker on a regular basis will want one that has an ergonomic design AND that's easy to hold. Which the Starmark clicker does.
We all know the Snapple Cap makes the same noise. But alas, it is not ergonomic or fun enough.
