Great example of the triangle offense. The first triangle (Kobe, Fox, Shaq) spin and collapse into the paint, but Horry and Fisher wait outside, forming a new triangle, where they can either hope for an open pass from the paint for a presumably open jumper or wait for a long rebound and last second heave.
