Lessons are fun and progress is fast, all ages and abilities welcome. I've been teaching for 10 years and still love taking on new pupils. I currently have some lesson slots available, so if you want to learn drums, give me a call - Rowan

In addition to teaching gorillas, I teach drums at New Milton and Ashley Junior School, as well as teaching privately to young people and adults in Bournemouth (from complete beginners to advanced levels).

I studied BMus Popular Music Performance at LCMM as well as having private tuition from the inspirational BBC Big Band drummer Paul Broadie. I have also studied with Tony Nash, Justin Scott, Enrico Mick Morena, Paul Elliot, and Tom Meadows.

I have performed and recorded with Rock, Metal, Indie, Punk and Jazz bands in Bournemouth and London. I have also worked with orchestras and live theatre.

I have put on several drum kit demonstrations at events, which always go down with a bang! I am fully insured and CRB checked.

This is the last recording Suckerpunch made - 'Clear and Distant View' - the band have split now, but I am still teaching!
