Funny cause to people that don't know about running his pace doesn't look fast but he trains to make sub 5 pace look comfortable..I just laughed when my parents were talking about the marathon during the olympics being long but at least they're going "slow".

It's really fast, 42.2 kms in about 2 hours...so let's say 3 min kms. An better than average runner can do a 20 min 5 km and sprint in under 3 min pace for 400m...but to hold 3 minutes a km for 42km is amazing.
