Dude, that's awesome how you had the same "robot/cube/rotate hand/observe" sequence that WALL-E had in the movie, BEFORE the movie came out!

Well, it's nice to see you noticed that. I'm not one to try and put myself over the guys who managed to expand the same concept. And for the record, the film was inspired more by the Apple "I'm a Mac" ads but I wanted to explore also that theme of curiosity, although in this case I wanted both the viewer and the robot to be curious. Still, when I did see Wall-E I couldn't help but feel really happy cause I think that's one movie I would have loved making. Thanks.

That's incredible! How in the world did you do that? I'll bet that software was expensive..

The good news is the software is Blender and Blender is for free.

Whenever possible read up anything written by John Lasseter (director of Toy Story) as his experience covers everything from managing the project, to writing a story, to actual animation.
Glad you loved this short. I had a lot of fun making it. :)
