His name is "Aitha Al Minhali." He's from the UAE. He started as a "shallah" specialist. It's a very VERY traditional art from the UAE where he sort of 'sings' without music only depending on his vocal abilities playing on different notes emphasizing the poetry he's singing. He was very successful at that. Then he branched into mainstream singing, but still maintained a traditional UAE touch. I personally prefer him much more when he did the "Shallah" thing.
This song is called "Ahemah" btw.
