jumbos can land at both major airports in jamaica, we usually get A330,A340-3/6, 747 etc. really great to see landing and take off

planes do not take off in the middle of the night...this would be an issue if you sleep during the day, which would be bad because that is when you need to be outside...

I am. But I've visited friends who live next to LHR, and I didn't get ANY sleep at all for four days. And - er - I didn't like it. But during the day it's pretty cool.
