yeah I don't know why he (videographer) thought it was a good idea to mess with the focus that much : / we hired a new once since ;)
it works offline, and will sync all of your sales data once internet goes back up. we had one customer operate for 2 months without internet and then when it was installed he watched all of his sales sync (from the tablet to the web) while sitting at his off-site office. I was on the phone with him at the time- it was fun to hear about!
