wait im confused, i've grown up watching this show & heard cliff was in the navy but it doesnt really add up. he went to hillman then med school and married claire shortly after (im assuming based on Sandras age). Cliff & Claire are around the same age or within a 2 year bracket. when would he have served?

Isn't it so funny how obsessed people, even guys, were with -having- hair, even in the 80s? However, I don't buy that, '...our parents are always telling us to cut our hair...' thing. They had the upper end for most blacks in the 80s, but still quite 'respectable'.
