How do you become an owner of a monkey? Is it for people that get a special grant ? Are licenses required? And are the monkeys rescued or purchased as pets ?

@missineichen It all depends on who you are , and why he Bit you. He was younger then. Now instead of biting he use his "bobbing" motion ,to let you know that he is Not liking what you might be doing.Which at that time I step in , with calming words, after all He see's that I am the Matriarch.
