I have a lot of projects going at the same time, possibly for Compilation 4 if that eventuates. Anyway, some are close to finishing but as I'm going away for a few days (edit: I'm back now) I just thought I'd upload a few clips from some of the projects I've been working on lately. I'll answer all questions and queries when I get back provided it's not below.

There aren't any sound effects for obvious reasons.

General FAQ:

- I use an oil-based clay called Belgrave but it's only sold in Australia.
- I film at 24fps
- I use a Canon M700i DV Camcorder connected to my computer through a firewire cable.
- I use Stop Motion Pro V6 HD to make my animations. Go to http://www.stopmotionpro.com to check it out.
- All the sound effects in this movie were obtained from http://www.soundsnap.com

  • That last one was awesome!

  • Guys you can't seriously ask " oh how did he do the ice part" unless you've never used even the most basic video editor..

He obviously filmed the ice melting with a still camera, sped it up in editing, reversed it in editing.

  • what's the music?

  • I like the last one, do you mind if i do it and put in my page?

  • Hi I have a question for those films with characters. For what they are plastic, plasticine or modeling clay lb ins may have a product. I would ask for an answer.

  • Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees...nice

  • @laurenhillmedia In my experience , clay moves after you've made the model on it's own.. so the arms probably just slowly sank down a bit while it was being filmed :P

  • do a tut on the figures you make

  • amazing but my favorite video of yours is kemono

  • I still don't get the ice bit... How could he make the clay model move whilst filming the ice melting?

  • @wieneraffe21 You do realise that they are all clay animations in real life apart from the stick man one?

  • which clay is that?
