  • @FreeBlago1 You have no idea what you're talking about. I bet you're none of those things that you said. Diet is more important than exercise when trying to lose weight. It's easier to not eat 500 calories than it is to try and burn 500 calories.

    No protein, Einstein? and Sugar and Carbs are synonymous. You're a tool my friend.

  • Exercise is more impt than diet. I am 49, I eat Mcdonalds, pizza, and drink liquor 5 days a week. I smoke when I drink also. I am 6ft 190lbs, 11% body fat. I can drink a 12 pack, smoke a pack of cigs, and run 10k the next morning. Diet is a waste if you work out HARD. .

  • Great workout. I did it the fastest and hardest that I could and I had to stop for a water break.

  • @guy2tie Good point, but he did say that he is focusing more on speed and intensity so that might have something to do with it.

  • Reminds of my HS track days but my coach added at least 7 other routines with 8 different streching excercises daily -- as warm ups. Our coach was a US Olympian sprinter. Great job

  • YES NEW WORK OUT MOVES! i dont work out often cause i get bored of doing same routines.

  • okay yeah you got a good concept

    but i noticed a lot of things you need to work on

    first you need to work on your squats try to get your but closer to the floor,

    second your jumping squats looked like you where just jumping

    third try touching your chest on the ground and than going all the way up when you do your push ups.
