  • funny as out..............toon

  • remember both matches with great fondness but sadly lost to the swine at Selhurst park, was standing with hundreds of Geordies and was having a great laugh with them and loved it when they starting chanting "Geordie Gills Ggeordie Gills Geordie Gills"" lol, those were the best times for me as a Gills fan, terraces and great atmospheres :-) the following season we drew 0-0 at Preistfield in front of 10,000 after beating southend 8-1 and cheasterfield 10-0, great days indeed

  • Wat did that prick say about geordies, we are mackems u thick cunt

  • i was in the roker end with me pals from felling .regulars of '' the scoreboard'' or ''the corner'' of the gallowgate end .total magic, with hundreds of toon in the clock stand ,ha,ha,heee,i was back again in the clock stand a few years later to see o'brian o'brian.who can forget ian hesford and lawrie mac and cascarino

  • Is that the same Keith Peacock who was the first substitute in English football 1965/66?

  • And now Gills centre half Steve Bruce Is the black cats manager. How the hell did Paul Haylock not get red carded in both those games?

  • Super Tony Cascarino - those were the days. If only we had him now to partner Simeon Jackson!

What an injustice it was that there were away goals in those days for the semi final, but not for the final against the Swine - the lucky scum!

  • Interesting since Newcastle weren't playing

  • IT WAS AT ROKER MAN

  • i will never ever forget that benno header,i was crying all the way home to ashington that day, think me and me dad paid a quid to get in.I was thirteen years old and cryed like my two year old. FTM
