Hey! I'm part Pakistani also (born and raised in US)! I went to med school in Grenada and there were a mix of local people, some nice and others not as. Most actually perceived students/tourists as obnoxious. How is it there in S. Africa?

@Karenka3791 Hi thanks! no it's not, you drive to a parking and then you just walk up stairs, so if you can walk properly then it's fine :)
