What is FIGHT CAMP?

Is a unique training environment based on our own first hand experiences in training for competition. When preparing for a fight an individual would have a preparation period known as a "Fight Camp". This consists of 4 main elements: weight loss/management, skill, strength and fitness to ensure the individual is on top of their game and within their designated weight division.

Why FIGHT CAMP?

It's a great alternative to the usual fitness centre where you join and train the same way over and over, rarely seeing results. Instead at Fight Camp you'll be encouraged to put in 110% effort to achieve yours goals in:

Weight Management -- Being accustomed to training athletes who compete in strict weigh categories we are very experienced in training for fat loss as well as building and maintaining muscle mass through the course of a six week Fight Camp.

Strength- Over the course of the six weeks each individual will experience gains in functional strength, which will improve your daily living and boost your metabolism.

Fitness- Our classes our designed combining anaerobic and aerobic modalities ensuring you keep burning fat and boost your cardiovascular fitness i.e. We do the science you do the work.

You'll get excellent results and a camaraderie that typically you won't find in a gym. We provide a training environment that is geared to achieving results and self improvement for any participant from beginner to elite.

How does FIGHT CAMP work?

Fight Camp AM is based on a 4 day training week and runs for a period of 6 weeks. The training week is broken up into 2 boxing/Muay Thai sessions and 2 strength and conditioning sessions designed to mirror the demands put on a fighter during a competition. The content and intensity of these sessions constantly evolves to suit the requirements of the individual.

Fight Camp PM is based on a 3 day training week and runs for a period of 6 weeks. The training week is broken up into 1 Mauy Thai session,1 boxing bodyweight session and 1 strength and conditioning session.
