The Point Lookout Location of the Pint-Sized Slasher Mask. Located in Herzog Mine due South of the Ark & Dove Cathedral, and blah blah blah.

Alternative way to acquiring the mask: simply, befriend Kenny, do this unmarked side quest for him which is simply: get his Teddy Bear which fell into a collapsed hole in the ground. Then fight your way back to Kenny. After giving him back his teddy bear he should tell you you can use this place as your Point Lookout Hideout. If you do, you get another discovered location called "Kenny's Hideout" which is Northwest of Herzog Mine. (Also one step towards the achievement: Bog Walker)

I should mention that there is Another was to obtain said mask, simply go to the back of the motel in the town by the pier and enter the room there (only one has a door you can enter). Vomit at the violently tortured and mutilated skeletons and go into the bathroom, a skeleton has a Pint size slasher mask on and i think a weapon also.

It's easier this way.
