Wendy Warren, with Dahn Yoga, isnt stretching the truth when she claims that by combining different yoga and Tai Chi programs a practitioner can improve many health conditions while also losing weight.

They also have a martial art called DahnMuDo which strengthens the physical body.

Dahn taught her to detach from relationships and emotions. I attended Tao Lectures where Dahn's "masters" told us that saving money created stagnant energy and we should spend it with Dahn in order to prevent that. They warned us about having relationships because they might not understand Dahn and would interfere with training. Within the first two months she spent nearly $11k with Dahn Yoga. I heard from others who lost people to Dahn in similar ways. Go to a real yoga studio instead.

She worked hundreds of hours that weren't paid, Dahn Yoga called that her "personal choice". Apparently they don't know about a little thing called LABOR LAWS that makes this illegal. She drove hundreds of miles for Dahn that were not reimbursed. I had to hire a professional therapist to help get a strategy to get her out, her family and I had an intervention to show her the damage Dahn was doing to her and her relationships. It didn't work and instead ruined all our relationships with her.

What's different about Dahn Yoga is that it is a religous movement. The die hard members and employees believe Ilchi Lee is their savior and will lead them to heaven (see his book of scripture). I lost a person to this controlling organization. She quit her real job to work for minimum wage at Dahn. She spent her money on training and couldn't even afford gas or food. She begged, borrowed, and stole in order to pay for training. Dahn's masters knew what was happening and didn't stop her.
