there are several ways to serve a beer 'german style' ;)
this is one way, mostly known in the northern part of germany...
in the south, we just pour it in normally, which takes little longer time but also results in less foam and..no dirt in the beer :)

I'm from germany and this demonstration is not right-the bottle is to dirty to put it in that good beer.

@SunTzuRT Watched the video,looks easier to do.Just make a head near end of pour,roll and pour Hefe on top of head.
