@MishelyGraphicStudio Печенка - это опционально. Когда-то мы делали бахш из куриных потрохов, не только из печенки. Просто из одной курицы старались приготовить максимальное количество блюд. А потроха не всем по вкусу. Мне лично больше всего нравится бахш из баранины. А большой нож я уже купил! Спасибо за коммент! :)

@yfbeeni You are right! Thank you for your comment. However in the UK it is usually referred to as coriander that's why I called it so. But cilantro is of course more widely understood.

@yfbeeni remember the French King who said 'I am the state'. In the UK case - I am the community :) There maybe a few bukharians but I don't know any, no community definitely...
